Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add the cocoa powder, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more sweetener.
- Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of melted dark chocolate (sugar-free).
- Serve with whipped coconut cream or berries for added texture and flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
