Description
A no-bake dessert that layers cookies and whipped cream for a refreshing treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Graham crackers
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Chocolate syrup
- 1 cup Fresh berries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of whipped cream on the bottom.
- Place a layer of graham crackers over the whipped cream, followed by another layer of whipped cream.
- Drizzle some chocolate syrup on top and add a layer of fresh berries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional fresh berries if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute graham crackers with chocolate wafers for a different flavor.
- Feel free to add layers of other fruits or nuts between the layers.
- For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the whipped cream mixture.
