Icebox Cake: 5 Layers of Heavenly No-Bake Delight

Description

A no-bake dessert that layers cookies and whipped cream for a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham crackers
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup Fresh berries

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a layer of whipped cream on the bottom.
  4. Place a layer of graham crackers over the whipped cream, followed by another layer of whipped cream.
  5. Drizzle some chocolate syrup on top and add a layer of fresh berries.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  8. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional fresh berries if desired.

Notes

  • You can substitute graham crackers with chocolate wafers for a different flavor.
  • Feel free to add layers of other fruits or nuts between the layers.
  • For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the whipped cream mixture.
