- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)
- Red and green sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined and smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
- In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth to create the frosting.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies and top with red and green sprinkles.
- Cut into squares and serve for a festive holiday dessert!
