Description
A refreshing and vibrant iced tea made from hibiscus flowers, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Dried hibiscus flowers
- 4 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Sugar or honey
- for garnish Lemon slices
- for garnish Mint leaves
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Add 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the tea into a pitcher.
- If using, stir in 1/2 cup of sugar or honey until dissolved.
- Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
