- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 jalapeño, minced (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher until creamy but still chunky.
- Add lime juice, diced onion, tomatoes, jalapeño (if using), and chopped cilantro to the bowl.
- Mix until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos and other dishes.
