- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and beaten egg.
- Mix everything together until well combined, but do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
