- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
