- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon dried dill

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill. Cover and cook for about 6-8 minutes.
- Carefully flip the salmon fillets and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate in the olive oil mixture for 30 minutes before grilling.
