Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil (or melted butter), brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with the oil mixture.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until they have nice grill marks and are slightly softened.
- Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes on the skin side.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream if you like.
