Grilled Peaches with Burrata: 5 Reasons to Love This Dish

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • Honey, for drizzling
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil.
  3. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until grill marks form and the peaches are slightly softened.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool for a minute.
  5. On a serving platter, arrange the grilled peaches cut-side up.
  6. Tear the burrata into pieces and place it on top of the warm peaches.
  7. Drizzle honey over the burrata and peaches.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

  • Choose peaches that are ripe but still firm for the best grilling results.
