Description
A classic grilled cheese sandwich with gooey melted cheese and crispy golden bread.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on the skillet.
- Layer the cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes more.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.
