  • 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (200g) brown sugar, packed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (85g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup (175g) chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  6. Grease a baking pan that fits on your grill with non-stick spray or butter. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil to prevent moisture from getting in.
  8. Place the pan on the grill and close the lid. Grill for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
