- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-5 minutes or until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Drain the green beans and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Once cooled, drain and pat dry.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled green beans, red onion, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and walnuts.
