Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the creamy dipping sauce by combining sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a bowl. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Once the potatoes are done, serve them hot with the creamy dipping sauce on the side.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking and then dry them thoroughly.
