- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the creamy dipping sauce by combining sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a bowl. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the potatoes are done, serve them hot with the creamy dipping sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking and then dry them thoroughly.
