Description
These refreshing fruit popsicles are made with real fruit and are perfect for a hot summer day. A simple and healthy treat that kids and adults will love!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Fresh fruit of your choice (strawberries, mango, blueberries, etc.) (Chopped)
- 1 cup Fruit juice (orange juice, apple juice, coconut water, etc.) (No added sugar)
- 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup (Optional, adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup Water (To dilute if needed)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped fruit, fruit juice, honey or maple syrup, and water.
- Blend until smooth, making sure there are no large chunks of fruit.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
- Enjoy your homemade fruit popsicles!
Notes
- You can mix various fruits to create unique combinations.
- For added texture, you can blend half the fruit and leave the other half chopped and add them to the molds before freezing.
- These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
