Description

These refreshing fruit popsicles are made with real fruit and are perfect for a hot summer day. A simple and healthy treat that kids and adults will love!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Fresh fruit of your choice (strawberries, mango, blueberries, etc.) (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Fruit juice (orange juice, apple juice, coconut water, etc.) (No added sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup (Optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup Water (To dilute if needed)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped fruit, fruit juice, honey or maple syrup, and water.
  2. Blend until smooth, making sure there are no large chunks of fruit.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
  6. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  7. Enjoy your homemade fruit popsicles!

Notes

  • You can mix various fruits to create unique combinations.
  • For added texture, you can blend half the fruit and leave the other half chopped and add them to the molds before freezing.
