- 1 package (3 oz) Fruit-flavored gelatin
- 1 cup Boiling water
- 1 cup Cold water
- 1 cup, chopped Assorted fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the fruit-flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir well.
- Pour the gelatin mixture into a mold or individual serving cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Once the gelatin is set, remove it from the refrigerator and top each serving with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
- Garnish with additional fresh fruit if desired and serve immediately.
