Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cold water

  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the fruit-flavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir well.
  3. Pour the gelatin mixture into a mold or individual serving cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  5. Once the gelatin is set, remove it from the refrigerator and top each serving with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
