Description
These fluffy air fryer biscuits are golden, buttery, and ready in just 12 minutes! Perfectly flaky and delicious, they make a wonderful addition to any meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the cold, cubed butter to the flour mixture. Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, work the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour in the milk and honey (if using), and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently knead it a few times until it comes together.
- Pat the dough into a rectangle about 1-inch thick. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on a plate.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the biscuits in the basket, making sure they don’t touch.
- Air fry the biscuits for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown on top.
- Remove the biscuits from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding herbs or cheese to the dough.
- These biscuits are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
