Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add the cold, cubed butter to the flour mixture. Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, work the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Pour in the milk and honey (if using), and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently knead it a few times until it comes together.
  6. Pat the dough into a rectangle about 1-inch thick. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on a plate.
  7. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the biscuits in the basket, making sure they don’t touch.
  8. Air fry the biscuits for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown on top.
  9. Remove the biscuits from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

  • For extra flavor, consider adding herbs or cheese to the dough.
