Ingredients

  • 1 lb White fish fillets (Cod, tilapia, or halibut recommended)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 8 Corn tortillas (Warmed)
  • 2 cups Cabbage (Shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Radishes (Sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (Chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Lime crema (For drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, and salt.
  3. Add fish fillets to the bowl, coating them well with the marinade.
  4. Grill or cook fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky.
  5. Remove fish from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
  6. Warm corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet until pliable.
  7. Assemble tacos by placing pieces of fish on tortillas, top with cabbage, radishes, and cilantro.
  8. Drizzle with lime crema before serving.
