Delicious and fresh fish tacos topped with a zesty lime crema and crunchy slaw.
Ingredients

- 1 lb White fish fillets (Cod, tilapia, or halibut recommended)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 8 Corn tortillas (Warmed)
- 2 cups Cabbage (Shredded)
- 1/2 cup Radishes (Sliced)
- 1/4 cup Cilantro (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Lime crema (For drizzling)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, and salt.
- Add fish fillets to the bowl, coating them well with the marinade.
- Grill or cook fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky.
- Remove fish from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
- Warm corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet until pliable.
- Assemble tacos by placing pieces of fish on tortillas, top with cabbage, radishes, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with lime crema before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add avocado or salsa for extra flavor.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
