Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 pork sausages
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 can of baked beans
  • 2 large tomatoes, halved
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Butter for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan, heat a little butter over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
  2. Once the sausages are nearly done, add the bacon to the pan and cook until crispy.
  3. In another small saucepan, heat the baked beans over low heat until warmed through.
  4. In the same pan as the bacon, add the halved tomatoes, cut side down, and cook until they are softened.
  5. In a separate pan, toast the bread to your liking.
  6. In the same frying pan, crack the eggs and fry them to your desired doneness.
  7. To serve, place the sausages, bacon, tomatoes, baked beans, and eggs on plates along with the toast. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
