A hearty and traditional English breakfast featuring eggs, sausages, bacon, baked beans, tomatoes, and toast.

- 4 large eggs
- 4 pork sausages
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 can of baked beans
- 2 large tomatoes, halved
- 4 slices of bread
- Butter for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large frying pan, heat a little butter over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
- Once the sausages are nearly done, add the bacon to the pan and cook until crispy.
- In another small saucepan, heat the baked beans over low heat until warmed through.
- In the same pan as the bacon, add the halved tomatoes, cut side down, and cook until they are softened.
- In a separate pan, toast the bread to your liking.
- In the same frying pan, crack the eggs and fry them to your desired doneness.
- To serve, place the sausages, bacon, tomatoes, baked beans, and eggs on plates along with the toast. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
