Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel and chop.
- In a bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Serve on bread or with crackers.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add more mayonnaise.
- Substitute fresh chives with green onions if desired.
