Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel. Ensure they are completely dry to allow the chocolate to adhere properly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- If desired, drizzle melted white chocolate over the dipped strawberries for decoration.
- Sprinkle with crushed nuts or sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
