Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound thinly sliced chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
