This easy teriyaki chicken recipe is quick to prepare and pairs perfectly with sticky rice and roasted sesame broccoli for a delightful meal.

- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup sticky rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions
- Cook the sticky rice according to package instructions, using water in a saucepan.
- While the rice is cooking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken breasts.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown.
- Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- In another pan, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly crisp.
- Serve the teriyaki chicken over the sticky rice, topped with sesame seeds and alongside the roasted broccoli.
Notes
- For a homemade teriyaki sauce, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers to the roasted broccoli.
