- 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the drained Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese, shrimp, crab meat, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
