- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Vanilla ice cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Toss until the peaches are evenly coated.
- Pour the peach mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, rolled oats, brown sugar, and chopped nuts (if using) until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the peaches in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute or mix in other fruits like blueberries or raspberries for added flavor.
