Instructions

- Drain the green beans and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled green beans to the bowl and toss to combine everything gently.
- If desired, sprinkle with feta cheese and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
