- 2 lbs of ground beef (for burgers)
- 12 hamburger buns
- 1 lb of hot dogs
- 12 hot dog buns
- 4 cups of coleslaw mix
- 1 cup of coleslaw dressing
- 8 ears of corn, husked
- 1 lb of mixed vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, onion)
- 1 cup of ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 watermelon, cut into cubes
- 1 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 12 patties.
- Grill the burgers for 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Grill the hot dogs for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- In a separate bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with coleslaw dressing and mix well. Set aside.
- Wrap the corn in aluminum foil and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Toss the mixed vegetables in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and grill until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine watermelon cubes with feta cheese and parsley. Drizzle with ranch dressing before serving.
- Serve grilled burgers and hot dogs on buns with coleslaw and grilled vegetables on the side.
