Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Strawberries (Fresh, hulled and halved)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (Fresh)

  3. Once the biscuits are ready, split them in half horizontally.
  4. Spoon some of the macerated strawberries onto the bottom half of each biscuit.
  5. Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of the strawberries.
  6. Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the whipped cream.
  7. Place the top half of the biscuit back on and serve immediately, or keep them assembled in the fridge for a short time before serving.

Notes

  • You can customize this dessert by adding other fruits like raspberries or peaches.
  • Prepare the strawberries a few hours in advance for a more flavorful dessert.
  • These desserts are best served fresh but can be made ahead of time by preparing the components separately.
