Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the strawberries and blueberries with honey. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine whipped cream and yogurt until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and softened butter until crumbly.
  4. Layer the dessert in clear cups or glasses: start with a layer of the graham cracker mixture, followed by a layer of the yogurt mixture, and then a layer of the berry mixture. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  5. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a few extra berries for garnish.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.

  • Add a splash of vanilla extract to the yogurt mixture for extra flavor.
  • These desserts can be made a day in advance for convenience.
