- 1 box of red, white, and blue Jell-O
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Jell-O according to the package instructions. Allow it to set in the fridge until firm.
- Once the Jell-O is set, cut it into cubes and layer it in a clear glass dessert dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Layer the whipped cream mixture over the Jell-O cubes.
- Add a layer of blueberries and sliced strawberries on top of the whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the dish, ending with a layer of whipped cream.
- Top with mini marshmallows and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
