Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine dried apricots, honey, chopped almonds, coconut flakes, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mixture is slightly golden and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the cooled mixture.
- Allow the chocolate to set before cutting into bars or squares.
Notes
- You can substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
- Feel free to add other nuts or seeds for extra crunch and flavor.
