- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning on top of the chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir everything together before serving.
