- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, shredded coconut, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
