  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups cooked jasmine rice

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the shredded cabbage and carrots, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and serve the stir fry over steamed jasmine rice.

Notes
