- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs to help them brown in the oven.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- In a saucepan, heat the BBQ sauce over medium heat until warm.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to the saucepan and toss them in the BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
