Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. While the chicken is baking, prepare the lemon herb sauce by whisking together the lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, and rosemary in a separate bowl.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and drizzle the lemon herb sauce over the top.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
