- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the lemon herb sauce by whisking together the lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, and rosemary in a separate bowl.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and drizzle the lemon herb sauce over the top.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can marinate the chicken in the olive oil mixture for a few hours for more flavor.
