Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless, your preference)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 bunch asparagus spears (trimmed)
  • for serving lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket skin-side down.
  5. In a separate bowl, toss the asparagus with the remaining olive oil mixture until coated.
  6. Arrange the asparagus in the air fryer around the salmon fillets.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is crispy.
