- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
- 1/2 cup cooked meat (bacon, ham, or sausage – optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pre-made pie crust or puff pastry
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, cooked meat (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the pie crust or puff pastry and fit it into a greased 7-inch round cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Pour the egg mixture into the crust, filling it about 3/4 full.
- Place the cake pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Carefully remove the quiche from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious, fluffy quiche!
