Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
- Once the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, remove them from the air fryer.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
