Description
These classic deviled eggs are a perfect appetizer for parties and gatherings. Creamy, tangy, and topped with a sprinkle of paprika, they are sure to be a hit!

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Chives or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes.
- Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chives or parsley if desired.
- Serve chilled.
