Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • for frying Vegetable oil
  • for dusting Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Dip each Oreo into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  4. Carefully place the batter-coated Oreos into the hot oil, frying them in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove the Oreos with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
