A refreshing and hydrating drink perfect for hot summer days, combining the crispness of cucumber with the tartness of lemon.
Ingredients

- 1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and cucumber slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced cucumber and half of the cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the cucumber mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing to extract as much juice as possible.
- Add the fresh lemon juice and sugar to the cucumber juice. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour in the remaining cold water and mix well. Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar or water as desired.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon and cucumber slices.
Notes
- For a more intense cucumber flavor, let the mixture sit in the fridge for an hour before serving.
- Add fresh mint leaves for an extra refreshing twist.
