Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water to the cooked beef. Stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  3. Lay one flour tortilla flat and spread a layer of nacho cheese sauce in the center.
  4. Add a layer of the seasoned beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
  5. Place another tortilla on top and fold the edges of the bottom tortilla up and over the filling, creating a hexagonal shape.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray or olive oil.
  7. Carefully place the Crunchwrap seam-side down into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
  8. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing in half. Serve with additional toppings as desired.

Notes
