Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with a towel.
  3. Slice the potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick, ensuring even sizes for consistent cooking.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
