Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry with a towel.
- Slice the potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick, ensuring even sizes for consistent cooking.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, shake the basket to ensure even cooking.
- Continue air frying for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the crispy sliced baked potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious crispy baked potatoes!
