- 2 medium yellow squashes, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini and squash.
- Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until the vegetables are well coated.
- Place the zucchini and squash in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crispiness.
- Check for doneness; the vegetables should be golden brown and crispy. If needed, air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
