  • 2 medium yellow squashes, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini and squash.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until the vegetables are well coated.
  5. Place the zucchini and squash in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
