Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch of kale, washed and dried
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove the kale leaves from the stems and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, sea salt, and any optional seasonings until evenly coated.
  4. Place the kale in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  5. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the kale is crispy but not burned.
  6. Remove the kale chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftover kale chips in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
