Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch of kale, washed and dried
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the kale leaves from the stems and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, sea salt, and any optional seasonings until evenly coated.
- Place the kale in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the kale is crispy but not burned.
- Remove the kale chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftover kale chips in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Feel free to experiment with different seasonings to customize your kale chips.
