Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette or Italian bread, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread. If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Place the garlic bread halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up, making sure they do not overlap.
  5. Air fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Feel free to use fresh herbs instead of dried for a more vibrant flavor.
