- 1 French baguette or Italian bread, sliced in half lengthwise
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread. If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Place the garlic bread halves in the air fryer basket, cut side up, making sure they do not overlap.
- Air fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
- Remove from the air fryer, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Feel free to use fresh herbs instead of dried for a more vibrant flavor.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping for an Italian twist.
