Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips or your favorite mix-ins
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and egg to the butter mixture, mixing until fully combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips or your favorite mix-ins.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the cookie dough and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each cookie.
- Air fry the cookies for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For best results, don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- You can customize the recipe by adding nuts, dried fruit, or different types of chocolate.
