Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them thinly using a mandoline or a sharp knife. Aim for uniform thickness to ensure even cooking.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, and any optional seasonings you choose.
  4. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for the best crispiness.
  5. Air fry the chips for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Keep an eye on them towards the end to avoid burning.
