Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket; you may need to cook in batches.
- Cook the wings for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, check the internal temperature of the wings to ensure they reach 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the wings from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, you can increase the cooking time by a few minutes, but be sure to monitor them closely.
- Feel free to adjust the spices according to your preference. You can add more heat with additional cayenne or your favorite hot sauce.
